During the first Leadership session, we establish a foundation of understanding about leadership, then start finding ways this applies to your world, goals, and development.

2. Communicating for Impact

Communicating for impact takes your communication skills to the next level as a leader by addressing common conversation derailers and setting goals for better communication.

3. Networking and Mentoring

Now, we focus on a better understanding of the overlap and differences between networking and mentoring and how to leverage that for success.

4. Delegation and Influence

Delegation is a crucial part of successful leadership. In the final session, we illustrate the positive impact of effective delegation and equip participants with a five-step plan.
