Ethical leaders make more effective business decisions and create enhanced value for corporations. Due to changes in society and educational system over the past forty years, the study of ethics has been devalued or eliminated from many curriculum.
daiis creates the foundation for a broad understanding of ethics in the workplace, and guidance for corporate culture, governance, and growth. Participants gain from interactive exercises that demonstrate the critical nature and need for a solid corporate ethical foundation.
Sessions
1. Ethics and Your Business
The introductory course for Ethics dives into how ethics directly applies to your business operation and how they can be used to attract clients, reduce turnover, and increase productivity.
2. Ethics in Our Shared World
Session two takes what we learn from session 1 and applies it to the world in which we do business. We learn how to strengthen our inner moral compass and use that strength to the workplace.
3. Ethical Mindfulness and Compassion
One purpose of the Ethics module is to tie together ethics with mindfulness, self-awareness, better decision-making, and effective leadership. Session three weaves together critical parts of the daiis program.
4. Cultivating Principle Inner Values and Ethics
Using the tools provided throughout Ethics and the other four daiis modules, participants learn how to nurture and grow inner values and ethics to present a more aware and knowledgeable leader.
